Who We Are
Fujian Quanzhou Elephant Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 and is located in Quanzhou, Fujian province, famous as the starting point of the "Maritime Silk Road". We have been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders for over 20 years. Today, we are a professional supplier integrating production and international trade, supported by a specialized sales team and online after-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Founded in 2004, Fujian Quanzhou Elephant Machinery Co., Ltd. brings more than two decades of hydraulic cylinder research, development and manufacturing to every partnership.

Every cylinder is hydraulically tested at 150% of its rated working pressure before it leaves the workshop.
ISO 4406 Cleanliness
Assembly and testing comply with ISO 4406 hydraulic cleanliness standards, with components washed, sealed and kitted to prevent contamination.
ISO 9606-1 Certified Welders
Welding is performed by operators certified to ISO 9606-1:2017, with first-off and in-process inspection by our engineering team.
Full Traceability
Threading, drilling and deburring run in-cycle with go/no-go gauging, and each cylinder is stamped with part and batch numbers.

Questions
Where are Elephant Machinery cylinders made?
Every cylinder is produced at our plant in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, where machining, assembly and pressure testing run under one roof.
Can you manufacture from our drawing or a sample?
Yes. Custom and OEM work is our core business. Our engineers work from a drawing, a sample reference or a written brief, and confirm mounting, bore, rod diameter, stroke and operating pressure before quoting.
What sizes can you produce?
Bore diameter from 50 to 300 mm, stroke length up to 5,000 mm, working pressure up to 450 bar and machining tolerance of +/-0.01 mm. Larger or unusual requirements are reviewed case by case.
How is every cylinder tested?
Each cylinder is hydraulically tested at 150% of its rated working pressure. Our test rigs cover 20 to 600 bar and 30 to 120 L/min across four simultaneous stations, and assembly follows ISO 4406 cleanliness standards.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our documents include ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, CE conformity and RoHS test reports. The English and Chinese ISO documents are two language versions of the same UKS registration, shown above.
Do you export, and can we audit the factory?
Cylinders are in service in more than 50 countries. Visitors are welcome in Quanzhou for an on-site audit, and we can arrange a live video tour for customers who cannot travel.
