This customized vertical telescopic cylinder mounts on a heavy square base plate with four bolt-down holes, lifting through several nested stages from a compact retracted height. An external pipe line with a clamp block runs along the barrel to feed the stages. Built for lift platforms and dump applications where pit depth is limited.

A customized vertical telescopic cylinder for lifts with limited pit depth. The nested stages extend to several times the retracted height, and the heavy base plate bolts directly into the pit floor so no separate mounting frame is needed.
The external pipe line with clamp block feeds the stages without internal drilling, simplifying service. Stage count, plate size and hole pattern, pipe routing and top connection are built to the customer drawing.
